New entertainment complex opening in Downtown Hamilton

Lovers of all things fun are going to have their very own paradise in Hamilton soon, as a new entertainment complex is preparing to open its doors this year at 103 King Street East.
Escape Manor, a huge entertainment centre with a number of existing successful locations in cities like Ottawa, Toronto, and Saskatoon, is sure to become Hamilton’s favourite one-stop shop for all kinds of fun and games.
“We’re an immersive entertainment company, with lots of fun things under one roof,” explains Chris Bisson, co-owner of the forthcoming Hamilton location of Escape Manor.
The spot will featuring five different themed escape rooms, axe throwing, and a lounge area with board games, bites, and a bar; perfect for a night out with your best friends, or for some corporate team building with work colleagues.
Because having that much fun all at once works up an appetite, Escape Manor has your hunger needs covered with a full kitchen that specializes in share plates. While the menu in Hamilton is still being finalized, peckish fun-seekers can expect dishes like charcuterie boards and flatbreads to share with their friends.
Better still, the gorgeous King East location bears historical Hamilton significance. Escape Manor happens to be taking up residence in the old Capitol Theatre building (what remains of it), and the new establishment intends to honour the building’s roots by paying homage to the Capitol’s original decor in the Escape Manor design concepts.
To Bisson, it’s the perfect spot to hold Escape Manor in Hamilton. “The city is really growing, and that really inspired us to open a location here,” he says.
Luckily, the wait for Escape Manor to open its doors will be a short one. Bisson says things are moving along well and anticipates the fun beginning as soon as December 15th!
