James North art shop LEN: democratic is moving

Heads up, James North shoppers: popular Hamilton art & design shop LEN: democratic has temporarily closed up shop with plans to reopen at a new location.

A shop known for carrying unique fine art, home décor, jewelry, body products, books, gift ideas, and more, LEN: democratic has become well known in the last two years as a Hamilton one-stop shop for off-the-wall finds, many of which come courtesy of local artists and artisans.

On January 1st, LEN: democratic announced on Instagram that their shop, originally part of the Faema Hamilton space at 265 James Street North, has officially closed and that they will reopen and resume operations in a downsized location elsewhere beginning in February. As of now, no announcement has been made regarding the specific location, and whether or not it will still be on James North.

Luckily, for those who still want to support LEN: democratic, the shop will still be taking and fulfilling product orders through email, phone, and their website prior to the February reopening.

Check out LEN: democratic’s website for their current line of products and more information.
