This is Hamilton’s most accurate database of local businesses open during COVID-19

While many businesses have temporarily ceased operations during COVID-19, there are still hundreds of local Hamilton businesses making due by offering take-out, delivery, or online shopping.

In support of these businesses, Urbanicity has updated its ‘Places’ search page to now filter all local spots who are still in operation.

To search the database, go to this link and toggle ‘Open during COVID-19’ after tapping the filters button (if not toggled already).

In the filters section, you can further narrow your search for other criteria such as dietary restrictions and ethnic cuisines.

Each listing launches its own page with links to take-out, delivery services, or an online store.

The database will continue to be updated as we are made aware of new spots.

If you know of a business not listed in our database, you can submit the suggestion through this form or message us through social media.

One final note: while ordering through any of the delivery services is helpful, keep in mind that 3rd party delivery apps can take up to a 30% cut so please order take-out when possible to keep more money with the business owner! Or if they offer personal home delivery, use that instead of Uber, SkipTheDishes or DoorDash!
