A new page on the City of Hamilton website called COVID-19 Vaccine Distribution maintains an up-to-date tracker of how many total doses of any of the current COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to Hamilton residents so far.

As of the most recent update on February 10th, a total of 20,658 doses of the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna vaccines have been administered to date; 6,256 of them through mobile clinics, and 14,402 through fixed clinics.
However, it’s important to note this number represents the total number of both first and second doses combined, and doesn’t represent the number of people fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
The makeup of that total number consists primarily of Hamilton residents who are healthcare workers, long-term care and retirement workers, long-term care and retirement residents, and essential caregivers in those facilities.
As of now, no members of the general public are shown to have been vaccinated, in keeping with the first phase of the city’s three-phase plan to vaccinate residents in a sequence that prioritizes the most vulnerable Hamiltonians.
There has also been a notable slowing of COVID-19 vaccine rollout recently, as Canada has experienced issues securing further doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine amid the pharmaceutical company’s efforts to scale up their manufacturing facility in Europe, thereby temporarily slowing the production and distribution of doses.
