Let’s gooooo! For those looking for a fresh cut, Hamilton’s newest barbershop officially opens its doors today.
Andiamo, which is located in Hess Village, is a highly-anticipated new spot that doubles both as a hair studio and as a café serving up coffee, espresso, and more.
Marked by bold, multicoloured vintage signage, the name Andiamo roughly translates to ‘let’s go’ from Italian, and is a project built by the city’s own Dre Bucci, who’s honed his skills as a barber at local establishments like Architect Hair Design and Hendry’s Barbershop.
Teases of the beautiful new shop on social media have given a promising peek at what’s to come, showing off Andiamo’s art deco-ish interior with pops of vibrant colour that make the space just as sharp as the skillful haircuts that’ll undoubtedly be coming out of it.
But even if you don’t need a haircut at the moment, Andiamo is still well worth a visit for its café featuring fresh coffee and hand-crafted espresso drinks that can be paired with a cannoli or two or twelve.
Wanna give them a shot? Check out Andiamo starting today, Wednesday July 7th, at 10 am at 102 George Street in Hess Village! Haircuts can be booked through their website.
