It’s back! After a one-year hiatus, the Downtown Hamilton BIA is bringing back the free Holiday Ferris Wheel to Gore Park throughout most of December.
In the weeks leading up to the holiday season from December 4th to 23rd, the Holiday Ferris Wheel will be offered to Hamilton residents in Gore Park for free every day from 12 pm to 8 pm.
Locals can simply put on a mask, show up, line up, and hop aboard the Ferris Wheel for free to take in a fun ride with some cool downtown views.
The Ferris Wheel will also be running during the annual Christmas Tree of Hope lighting in the park on December 3rd, with the tree lighting itself set to take place at 6:15 pm.
Join us December 3rd as we light up the annual Christmas Tree of Hope! Enjoy live music, free Ferris wheel rides and lots of Christmas cheer.

Like most events amid the pandemic, The Christmas Tree of Hope lighting event was held virtually for 2020, but is excitingly back to a celebratory in-person affair for 2021, featuring live music and warm holiday vibes.
It’s all a welcomed return to in-person holiday fun after a year where it wasn’t really possible, so go check it all out, Hamilton!
