Those who want to tune into the ceremony can view a livestream of the event via Cable-14 or on YouTube via the city’s YouTube channel at youtube.com/user/InsideCityofHamilton.
Local residents and groups were invited to deliver a wreath they’d like to have laid at the Gore Park cenotaph before November 11th, and those wreaths will be placed on their behalf by members of the Hamilton Veterans Committee during the service.
Due to the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, the traditional Garrison Parade will not be part of the Remembrance Day services this year following guidance from the Canadian Armed Forces.
