My Dog’s Cafe is returning to Hamilton as a doggy daycare

After closing its doors on Locke Street following a significant raise in rent and sudden eviction notice, My Dog’s Café is returning to Hamilton in a brand new format.

Before shuttering in fall of 2021, My Dog’s Café was a dog-friendly café and gathering space that prioritized the furriest of friends and good-est of puppies.

However, after an unceremonious and unsavory series of events with their Locke Street landlord, the café was left with no choice but to close up shop and look to a plan for the future.

Finally, the café’s ownership has announced an exciting return of the business; except now, it’s transforming from a café into a dog daycare.

“I am so thrilled and looking forward to all of the fun days ahead with dogs,” wrote My Dog’s Cafe on social media.

“We will also continue to offer raw dog food delivery along with our dehydrated treats, plus we will be adding a few more products where we see a need. Yes!!! Doggy Daycare here we come!”

More details about the new doggy daycare, including opening timeline and location, are still to come. But local dog owners can keep up to date on their progress by following My Dog’s Café on social media!
