Cake & Loaf Bakery brings Easter in July

It’s been two and a half months since Easter. As the holiday season came and went, so did its seasonal delights. Cake & Loaf Bakery noticed just how hard it’s been on Hamiltonians to go without their favourite Easter-themed treats. For one week only, Cake & Loaf is cracking open their recipe vault and bringing back all of your seasonal favourites. Welcome to Easter in July.
Running from Friday, July 20 to Saturday, July 28, both locations will be serving up all of the Easter crowd pleasers.
Their most popular Easter menu item is the forever-iconic Cream Egg Brownie. It’s made up of a fudge brownie bottom, two layers of white chocolate fudge (in yolk yellow and white), and is topped with milk chocolate. There’s even a cream egg embedded in the centre!
Cake & Loaf also sells packs of cream eggs. Their Classic Cream Eggs come in a pack of five and are available in both the Original and Vegan Peanut Butter recipe.

Love their sandwich cookies? Why not take it to the next level with Mini Eggs? Two chocolate cookies are embedded with crushed Mini Egg chunks, sandwiching vanilla bean buttercream and a pool of milk chocolate ganache. The Mini Egg Sandwich Cookie is finished off with a Mini Egg Crumble around the sides.
