This delicious new burger spot just opened in Hamilton

Burger lovers of Hamilton are going to be thrilled by the news that a brand new spot for beef between bread has opened its doors in the city.

The new spot is Empire Burger, which deals both in more straightforward takes on burgers – or “soldiers” as the restaurant calls them – and some wildly inventive creations for more adventurous foodies.

Located at 298 King Street West in the former home of short-lived food spot Spanish Chubbys, Empire Burger’s menu is stacked with classic and signature items, with beef burgers, chicken, steak, sausage, and vegetarian options all available.

Some of Empire Burger’s wildest burger creations include the Amsterdam Magic, which stands ridiculously tall and includes a crusted & cheese-stuffed Portobello mushroom, caramelized onions, and roasted peppers; and the whopping Great Wall, which features triple beef patties and classic burger toppings like lettuce, tomato, and pickles between two grilled cheese buns.

Options like steak sandwiches, fried chicken wings, and loaded fries round out the diverse menu that promises something for pretty much anyone.

This place looks like an intriguing new addition to the local food scene, so give them a try, Hamilton!

Check out the full menu on Empire Burger’s website.
