This enticing spot for charcuterie just opened on Barton Street

If you cheer for charcuterie and want everything you need to build a bangin’ board at home, a new spot on Barton Street has got the goods.

Moving from its original location in the Stinson neighbourhood and changing its name, the brand new Barton Salumeria & Charcuterie has officially opened its doors at 357 Barton Street East among other Barton Village favourites like Emerald Coffee, Crumbled, Hello Baked, and Motel.

Specializing in house-cured meats, aged cheeses, and other graze-able nibbles, Barton Salumeria is basically a one-stop shop for the dreamiest charcuterie staples.

Currently open for pickup, Barton Salumeria’s main offerings are curated charcuterie boxes and trays in a wide variety of sizes and styles, from solo snacks to bigger boards of deliciousness to be enjoyed by groups over good wine.

A standard box will be crammed full with selections of cheese, cured meats, fruits, vegetables, pickled things, spreads, chocolate, dried fruit, and more; basically everything you need to make a good night great.

Boxes can be ordered online through the Barton Salumeria website and made available for pickup or delivery. Check ‘em out and get your graze on, Hamilton!
