A beloved yet relatively short-lived Hamilton spot for delicious bowls, salads, sandwiches, and other nourishing foods has permanently closed its doors in Hamilton.
Fresh Kravings, which was located along the James North Strip, officially shuttered operations last month after just two short years of serving up freshly crafted, health-focused bites, with plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options on offer.
"Whatever you're eating or drinking is nutritious and delicious." Everything is a labour of love and comes from the love of good food at #HamOnt's Fresh Kravings, writes @KitchenBlissCa #HamOntEats https://t.co/R9SmKoNCVX

The food spot posted to social media at the end of June that Fresh Kravings would be closing up shop for good after July 1st.
“This truly was an incredibly difficult decision to make as a young business owner,” wrote owner Merve Sanlar, who first opened Fresh Kravings in 2019 at only 26 years old.
The dozens of heartbroken comments on Fresh Kravings’ Instagram post point strongly to just how much this small independent business was beloved by locals for its fresh, nourishing meals like salads, poke bowls, avocado toasts, acai bowls, sandwiches, baked goods, and more.
Fresh Kravings will undoubtedly be missed, but we’re sure there will be many who eagerly support whatever these industrious entrepreneurs do next.
