Hamilton is about to get a brand new spot for Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, poutines, and more delicious comfort bites.
Signage has gone up quickly at Philthy Philly’s, a popular franchise known for Philly cheesesteaks, pulled pork, burgers, salads, and poutines with locations in Toronto, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Milton, Guelph, Pickering, Whitby, and numerous other spots around Ontario.

They also have a famous food truck, known to pop up at festivals all over the GTA and beyond, and they even import their buns from a bakery in Philadelphia to help create a close-to-authentic foodie experience.
Their first-ever Hamilton location is set to open this Thursday, September 16th at their storefront at 15 Cannon Street East, right at the corner of Cannon and James North.
Upon opening, Philthy Philly’s will be one of the most prominent spots in Hamilton replicating the classic Philadelphia comfort dish; and if the restaurant’s track record in other cities is any indication, it could become a well-loved staple here in the Hammer too.
