Tim Hortons teams up with Justin Bieber on new ‘Timbiebs’

Nope, it’s not a joke: Tim Hortons – the Canadian fast food giant that had its origins here in Hamilton – has teamed up with music sensation Justin Bieber for an unlikely collaboration.

Together, the two Canadian icons are launching a series of new limited edition menu items as well as a line of matching merchandise.

The first piece of the collaboration, called ‘Timbiebs,’ are unique flavours of Timbits dreamed up by Tim Hortons in partnership with Bieber, who cites the chain’s famous Timbits as his favourite menu item.

The resulting ‘Timbiebs’ are three unique flavours of Timbits, including Chocolate White Fudge, Sour Cream Chocolate Chip, and Birthday Cake Waffle, which will all be available at participating Tim Hortons locations across Canada and the United States starting November 29th.

“Doing a Tim Hortons collab has always been a dream of mine,” said Bieber in a release. “I grew up on Tim Hortons and it’s always been something close to my heart.”

The ‘Timbiebs’ launch will also come with some special ‘Timbiebs’ merch, with further details to be announced by Tim Hortons soon.

Tim Hortons first launched in 1964 with its original location in Hamilton along Ottawa Street, and has since expanded to over 4,800 restaurants in Canada, the United States, and around the world.
