One of Hamilton’s most popular butchers has officially opened their doors to the public for in-person retail purchases for the first time.
J. Waldron Butchers, known for sourcing and butchering quality cuts of meats from some of the region’s best small farmers, announced via social media last week that they are officially open for walk-in retail after previously only being available as a spot to pick up weekly pre-orders.
Exciting news! J. Waldron Butchers is opening for retail this Wed, Dec 8th! They focus on building relationships with small farms to ensure the quality is always top notch. Now, locals looking for quality beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and beyond can simply show up to J. Waldron Butchers’ facility at 353 Barton Street East and shop for their meat, which will be prepared and packaged up on the spot.
Product is sourced from local and regional providers like Fenwood Farm, Beverly Creek Farm, Morris Farm, Arysyde Farm, and many others, with J. Waldron Butchers typically providing any and all cuts possible.
Add some house-made sausages, small flock eggs, handmade meat pies, hot dogs, and stocks to the mix, and you’ve basically landed in culinary heaven.
