This gorgeous fine dining spot just opened in Burlington

A new spot for modern fine dining has opened in Burlington, and its setting is just as attractive as its menu.

Buvette, now open at 417 Elizabeth Street in Burlington, offers a menu loaded with shareable starters like burrata, charcuterie, and oysters that lead into a sturdy selection of meat, seafood, and vegetarian dishes made with high quality ingredients.

Dinner options include indulgences like steak frites, roasted chicken, rack of lamb, seared branzino, or butternut squash ravioli, followed by a short and sweet menu of rich desserts; all of which can be accompanied by a curated selection of wine and house cocktails.

But of equal draw is Buvette’s beautiful dining room, complete with a solarium offering plentiful amounts of natural night.
