This beautiful new Hamilton restaurant is all about Prosecco

Hamilton is about to get its first-ever Prosecco-themed restaurant.

Fittingly named Secco, this new restaurant and bar is bringing the bubbly to James Street South, serving an elegant menu of shareable plates and entrees alongside Prosecco by the glass or bottle and a selection of signature cocktails inspired by Prosecco.

Some of the modern, internationally-inspired dishes on offer include adobo-style chicken, lobster & shrimp gnocchi, grilled beef short rib, truffle mac & cheese, and options perfect for sharing like oysters and charcuterie.

Prosecco, champagne, and sparkling wine come from as far as Italy and as near as the Niagara region, and a thoughtful list of cocktails balances bright and fruity sippers with robust, earthy creations.

Taking up residence at 150 James Street South in the former home of the ill-fated Mezcal Tacos & Tequila, Secco seems poised to become a local favourite in the ever-growing restaurant and nightlife scene!

Secco opens to the public on Wednesday, August 3rd. Check out their website here, and follow them on social media for more!
