Vegan fast food spot is opening a full restaurant on the Hamilton Mountain

One of the city’s favourite spots for ridiculously tasty vegan fast food is getting ready to open a full sit-down restaurant on the Hamilton Mountain.

Bring Me Some, known for comfort bites like fried chicken sandwiches that are 100 per cent plant-based, announced this week that they’ll be bidding farewell to their popular takeaway spot in the Hamilton Farmers’ Market and opening up shop on Concession Street.

The new restaurant will be located at 638 Concession Street, in the space that most recently held dearly-missed brunch spot Papa Leo’s.

Bring Me Some’s menu will be decidedly different from the space’s predecessor, with a stacked list of loaded fried chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, salads, fries, and more; all of which is made without any meat or dairy.

The plant-based chicken at Bring Me Some has drawn particular attention with local lovers of vegan eats. It’s a tasty, secret recipe of their own design; not seitan-based like other mock chicken options.

Unlike the Farmers’ Market location, the new Bring Me Some restaurant will feature expanded hours, more seating, and a liquor license permitting them to serve some tasty adult beverages alongside those sandos and snacks.

Bring Me Some’s final day at the Hamilton Farmers’ Market will be Saturday, September 3rd, and the Concession location is aiming to open its doors by the middle of the month!
