Ghost Stories and Other Magic will make Halloween extra spooky

If there’s a word for being spooked and being amazed at the same time, that word will definitely apply to the experience of seeing Ghost Stories and Other Magic, which will be scaring up The Staircase Theatre on October 30th, just in time for Halloween.
Helmed by local magician Nicholas Wallace, known for his appearances on shows like America’s Got Talent and Penn & Teller: Fool Us, the show promises an eerily intimate evening of magic and mind-reading with a ghostly dose of creep factor.
Those who have seen Wallace in action for will have a good idea of what’s in store here; he has a disposition that’s innocent and boyish on the surface, with cheeky hints and flickers of something more sinister lurking just below.
Combine that with Wallace’s incredible technical skill and theatrical presence, as well as the cozy-yet-slightly-eerie setting of Hamilton’s Staircase Theatre, and audiences will be in for a night of spooky illusions that won’t be easily forgotten.
It’s hard to think of a better way to spend your Halloween this year, so head out into the crisp Fall evening on October 30th and get ready to be spooked and amazed (Spamazed? Amooked? We’ll figure it out eventually).
