Baroness von Sketch Show, the very popular Canadian sketch comedy show on CBC Television, just debuted a brand new sketch that takes a hilarious look the relationship between Hamilton and Toronto.
The Toronto-set television series (created by and starring the hilarious Aurora Browne, Meredith MacNeill, Carolyn Taylor, and Jennifer Whalen) is known for its funny, feminist, frequently-insightful short form sketch comedy that is rooted in modern urban Canadian life. The show is currently entering its 4th season on CBC.
In this particular sketch, a couple (played by Browne and Taylor) meets up with a friend (played by MacNeill) over lunch in Toronto where they catch up and talk about their recent move to Hamilton from the 6ix.
As is common for Baroness von Sketch, the segment then veers off into hilariously unexpected and absurd territory. You can watch the entire sketch below!

The sketch was an unexpected and exciting surprise for Hamiltonians, paying both absurd and loving tribute to our city in typical Baroness von Sketch style.
The 4th season of Baroness von Sketch Show will be airing beginning this month on CBC Television, and all past seasons are available to stream on Netflix Canada.
