The vast range of posters up for auction features a countless number of rare finds from the personal collections of both the Playhouse Cinema and Princess Cinemas, with original posters from films widely spanning era and genre.
Many posters have a starting bid of $30 to $40, with some of the auction’s most competitive and rare items already climbing to bids as high as $800.
If you’re a movie lover or collector, this isn’t an opportunity you should pass up; especially because you’ll be helping out one of Hamilton’s best institutions and champions of independent cinema during a time when the screen remains dark and future is tenuous.
