If you’ve been missing the unique joys of live music as much as we have, a weekly concert series happening in Hamilton may help fill the void.
Best of all? It’s totally free.
Hamilton’s recently renovated performance venue Gasworks, which is located on Park Street in the former site of the Hamilton Gas Light Company in the 1850s, is hosting the series in partnership with the Hamilton Public Library.

It’s a weekly lineup of live concerts presented outdoors on the Gasworks front porch and open to the public free of charge.
Each Wednesday, one of the city’s talented artists will play an intimate outdoor show from 7 pm to 8 pm, and locals are encouraged to pop by, bring a lawn chair, and take in some live music in a safe, comfortable, distanced environment.
Some performers to already hit the stage for the porch concert series include Julianna Jones and Elise Arsenault, with singer-songwriter Heather Valley performing this evening – Wednesday, August 4th.
Future artists in the series include rapper LTtheMonk, folk musician Jacob Moon, R&B artist Aisha Barrow, and more, with the final concert scheduled for Wednesday, September 15th.
Pop on down to Gasworks at 141 Park Street North each Wednesday from 7 pm to 8 pm this summer to join in!
