Heavy metal fans of Hamilton, get ready: the legendary British band Iron Maiden is making its way to the Hammer.
The landmark rockers have chosen Hamilton as a stop on their gigantic Legacy of the Beast World Tour, which will see them playing stadiums around the globe throughout 2022.

Iron Maiden will be supported by Within Temptation in a one-night-only concert event on Wednesday, October 12th, 2022 at Hamilton’s FirstOntario Centre.
Notably, Hamilton is one of only three Canadian tour stops, the others being Toronto on October 11th and Ottawa on October 15th.
Originally formed in 1975 in Leyton, East London, Iron Maiden’s dense discography is a whooping 41 albums thick, and the band has multiple major awards to its name, including a swath of Grammy Awards.
The band is known for classic heavy metal bangers like The Number of the Beast, Wrath Child, and The Trooper. Their most recent album release, Senjutsu, dropped in September 2021 to critical acclaim.
