Held inside the Carriage House of the Erland Lee Museum, this beginner workshop will teach you an easy to learn stitch to make a dishcloth.
With coffee, tea and goodies being provided, this is a great opportunity to craft the morning away while meeting new friends.

Come and get cozy at J Hamilton with a free screening of Disney’s epic Moana (2016).
All are welcome and invited to attend. Refreshments are available for just $5 per person.

The Hamilton Bulldogs are back in action this Saturday afternoon.
Facing off against the Kingston Frontenacs, we expect this to be an incredible match. Come on down, cheer on your home team and support hockey in Hamilton.

What’s a better way to kick off the New Year than celebrating with great food, great Latin dancing and most of all great friends?
Whether you have two left feet or are an experienced dancer, all are welcome to this multi-level Salsa class. International Instructor William Delgado of 2Dance4Ever will be teaching this class and it’s not something to be missed. Make sure to bring your appetites as well because all attendees are welcome to an incredible roast pork buffet.

Grab your Nerf gun and Pogs and prepare for Absinthe’s monthly 90’s Rager!
Take Cover will be playing your favourite 90’s hits all night long, plus DJ Party Jesus will be spinning the freshest tunes this side of Napster. Don’t feel like dancing? As always, 90’s Rager will also feature a SEGA corner with arcade games!

Are you a big fan of action figures, comics, toys or collectables? Come on out to the Canadian Toycon and find one of a kind pieces you won’t find anywhere else!
This is a fun event for the entire family, featuring comics, toys and memorabilia spanning across decades. Children under 12 are free.
When: Sunday January 13, 2019 from 4:30 – 7:30 pm
Where: Civic Square Burlington
Admission: Free
Over the holidays, Walk Off the Earth band member Mike “Beard Guy” Taylor sadly passed away. His friends, family and bandmates will pay tribute to him this weekend with a special hometown memorial concert.
The free event will be a celebration of Taylor’s life and legacy. Special guests include members of Barenaked Ladies, Scott Helman, Monster Truck, USS, Darenots and Saint Alvia.
All are welcome to attend and celebrate Taylor’s contribution to Canadian music. He will be missed.
