Fibre Friends Yoga is pleased to offer an incredible outdoor yoga experience unlike any other. At a Fibre Friends, you will participate in a yoga class amongst alpacas and sheep.
The alpacas are very calm and curious, while the sheep are very well socialized and love being around people. The outdoor setting is very peaceful; the collective humming from the alpacas will ease you into meditation. Be sure to bring your own yoga mat and towel.

The annual Concession Street Fest is back and better than ever.
This year’s festival will include live music, street performers, vendors, sidewalk sales, crafts, and many kids’ activities. Put your sunscreen on and enjoy one of the best festivals of the summer.
Concession Street will be closed between Upper Wentworth and East 25th for the festival.

Ready to beat the heat? Wild Waterworks officially opens this weekend for the 2019 season.

Looking to get out and get to know your community this weekend? Visit Gage Park this Saturday afternoon for their free community barbecue.
Perfect for all ages, the barbecue will feature delicious food, games, prizes, and a special kids program.

Where: Hamilton Golf and Country Club
Admission: $25 and up, available online
Played almost annually since 1904, the Canadian Open is the third oldest continuously running tournament on the PGA TOUR, after The Open Championship and the U.S. Open.
This year will be the sixth time the Hamilton Golf and Country Club has played host to Canada’s National Open Championship. This is a must-see event for all golf lovers.

The Dundas Buskerfest is an annual street festival that welcomes exciting artists from all over the world.
Each summer, strongmen, acrobats, jugglers and musicians flood the streets of Dundas to show off their unique and spectacular skills. The festival is a must-see for all ages that draws loyal attendees from across Ontario and beyond.

With plenty of rides, activities, and kid-friendly food, Ribfest is an event the entire family can enjoy.

Where: Bayfront Park
Admission: Free
Come together this Sunday morning and walk to raise funds for Type 1 Diabetes research.
This fundraising walk begins at Pier 4 Park, goes along the Waterfront Trail, around Bayfront Park and all the way back. This event will feature live music, kids activities and a barbecue lunch. Donations are greatly appreciated.

Ronald McDonald House Charities SCO is hosting Footsteps For Families Walk and Play-a-Thon.
This family oriented event attracts walkers of all ages who, after the walk, stay to enjoy activities, entertainment, animals, a barbecue lunch and more.
