Harry Potter Trivia
When: Friday February 7th, 2020 from 7 pm – 10 pm
Where: Collective Arts Brewing

This February trivia night will mark the return of the always-popular and always-tough Harry Potter-themed questions from their quiz master, Andrea Pohlmann. They’ll be covering the books AND movies and anything else that’s canon (seriously, even hardcore HP fans should brush up).
Friday Night Dance
When: Friday February 7th, 2020 from 7 pm – 12 am
Where: Leander on the Water
Admission: $10
The Friday night dance is back at Leander on the Waterfront! Dance the night away to a live sound-track of retro 50’s rockabilly music from The Kat Kings & Ginger St. James.
The Arrogant Worms in Hamilton
When: Friday February 7th, 2020 from 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm
Where: The Pearl Company

The Arrogant Worms began in 1991 as a comedy troupe performing songs and sketches on Queen’s University campus radio. The songs were written to make fun of a big dumb world. Luckily, the world is still dumb and The Arrogant Worms (Mike McCormick, Chris Patterson and Trevor Strong) still have plenty to sing about. The shows are fast, furious and family friendly. The wit is quick, the satire is biting and the musicianship is second to none.
Winterfest on Concession
When: Saturday, February 8th, 2020 from 10 am – 1:30 pm
Where: Concession Street
Admission: Free
Join them for some winter fun – and when you get too cold, pop into any of their amazing shops on Concession to warm up and shop local!
Letterpress Card Making
When: Saturday, February 8th, 2020 from 12 pm – 5 pm
Where: Centre3
Admission: $85, or $60 for members.
During the season of love and appreciation come make your own Valentine’s Day card in Centre [3]’s traditional printing studio – be it for a loved one, your friends, yourself or nobody in particular! Join Sara Froese of All Sorts Press for our Letterpress Card making workshop. This one-day workshop involves typesetting and making your own letterpress print/card on our studio’s Vandercook Proof Press. All materials provided.
Born to Move
When: Saturday February 1st, 2020 from 1:30 pm to 10 pm
Where: McIntyre Performing Arts Centre
Admission: $10 for students. $15 for adults.
MAC Dance is excited to present our 6th annual recreational showcase, BORN TO MOVE! The show will take place Saturday, February 8th at McIntyre Performing Arts Centre. There will be two shows, a matinee at 1:30PM and an evening show at 7:00PM. Their lovely dancers, choreographers, and executive team have been working hard to put together an amazing show, so be sure to come out, invite some friends, and enjoy the show!
For The Love Of Butter Tarts Festival

The Oscars LIVE At The Westdale
