You know what they say: the best cure for the winter blues is some good ol’ fashioned frosty fun.
Thankfully, despite the impacts of the pandemic, Hamilton’s annual Winterfest – produced by Cobalt Connects and the City of Hamilton – is making an adjusted return for 2021 to help brighten up the darkest patches of the winter season with exclusive events, entertainment, and more.
Need something fun to look forward to? @HamONWinterfest is coming soon to a park near you! ⛄❄️ See the full list of dates and locations: https://t.co/9oIijGyLsm #HamOnt pic.twitter.com/pkpeQqt467

Running January 29th to February 15th, Hamilton’s 2021 edition of Winterfest will feature a mobile festival hub, popping up at 11 of the city’s most prominent public parks and becoming a roaming spot where locals all over the city can engage with Winterfest’s activities and may even be lucky enough to catch a distanced live performance by a local artist.
Projection artwork, performances by the incredible Hamilton Aerial Group, iceberg displays, and delicious hot chocolate are just a few of the things that can be expected at this year’s COVID-19 friendly Winterfest celebrations.
This version of Winterfest may be a little more low-key than usual, but we’re grateful this joyful annual event has found a way of moving forward during a tumultuous time. After all, we could all use a little something to raise our spirits this time of year.
