Ignoring Curb Appeal - your home’s exterior has a major impact on its value. Ensure that the lawn is well maintained, the exterior paint is fresh, and the backyard is free of clutter. Converting Bedrooms - thinking of converting a bedroom? Keep in mind that decreasing the number of bedrooms below the neighbourhood norm can negatively impact your home’s value.
